What advice do you have for someone who is struggling with their health?
Never give up looking for the root of the issue. Each provider is different, and each can find clues to solve the problem.

What do you like most about San Antonio?
The diverse options for outdoor activities, the dry (most of the time) weather, and the proximity to other fun cities.
What is your favorite place to be?
With my family spending time outside or playing board games.
What is your favorite thing to do?
Make crafts with my Cricut and paint.
If you could have a gigantic billboard somewhere with anything on it – metaphorically speaking, getting a message out to millions or billions – what would it say and why?
Health isn’t found at the bottom of a pill bottle but at the end of a fork.
What advice would you give to a smart, driven person about to start working on their health? What advice should they ignore?
Eliminate processed oils. Eliminate grains. Decrease carbohydrates. Increase gut microbiome. Decrease prescription medications (with advice from a qualified medical professional).
What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?
Low fat and low calorie diets assist in weight loss. High fat diets will kill. High cholesterol causes cardiac disease. Grains are a necessary part of everyone’s diet. All diabetic patients need carbohydrates in each meal.
