I enjoy reading. Especially anything by Colleen Hoover.
What advice do you have for someone who is struggling with their health?
My advice would be to be patient. Not everyone’s journey to becoming healthy is the same. I would also state to not base things off your weight on the scale.

What is an unusual habit or absurd thing you love?
Whenever I get a new book to read I always read the last page before starting it. I like to know the ending so I can put the clues together as I read it.
In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?
In the last five years a new belief that has improved my life is to not believe everything you read or see on social media.
What advice would you give to a smart, driven person about to start working on their health? What advice should they ignore?
I would say that it takes 90 days to build a habit, therefore be consistent and patient. The advice they should ignore is what works for other people might not work the same for them.
When you feel overwhelmed or have lost your focus temporarily, what do you do?
I call my mom to help me. She always knows what to say in those situations.
